Carib Dancer

The Carib Dancer appeals to those discriminating divers who prefer a smaller 14-passenger yacht that is perfectly suited for The Bahamas and the “Out Islands” diving itinerary. This 100 foot mono hull yacht has comfort in mind and is a perfect place to relax with a book during surface intervals. All indoor areas are air-conditioned and the beautifully appointed salon has ample room for divers to view their photos and videos or to enjoy a movie on the entertainment system.

The Bahamas and her Out Islands offer a distinct blend of international glamour and tropical ease. With direct flights from several major cities worldwide, it is an easy destination to add to your dive log.

All five deluxe guest cabins feature a double bed with single bunk above and ensuite facilities. Additionally, a uniquely designed quad cabin offers four single beds with private facilities directly adjacent.

Bathrobes and some toiletries are available for your use onboard. The yacht is equipped with hair dryers in each stateroom. Linens are changed mid-week and fresh towels are placed in each stateroom daily as needed.

Depart Nassau to explore the dramatic walls, lush coral reefs and exciting animal encounters of the Exuma Cays Land and Sea Park. This protected area is one of the world’s most successful marine parks with an area of 176 square miles consisting of an array of more than 350 small islands and cays.

The crystal-clear tropical Atlantic pours over the deep cuts between the cays and constantly shifting sand bars.

Waters are thick with coral reefs that are alive with every imaginable ocean critter from the living jewels – angelfish and butterfly fish – to the charismatic food-chain toppers like grouper and barracuda – right down to the tiniest living invertebrates. Night diving allows guests to experience an entirely different group of critters and bevy of behaviors not visible during the day.

Nitrox is available for Nitrox certified divers.

Photo opportunities are abundant no matter what system you have. Guests who are shooting digital photography may view their images on the yacht’s computer located in the salon. There is a camera table built into the dive deck for your use and a charging station with 110V power available. There is a “cameras only” rinse bucket for the exclusive use of photographers onboard. The photo shop offers Sea and Sea digital cameras and strobes for rent.
