Lions Dive & Beach Resort sits on an idyllic, palm studded private beach that overlooks Curacao famously clear waters and the fringing reef of Curacao’s National Underwater Park. Historic Willemstad is only a 5 minute drive and the well-known Seaquarium & Dolphin Academy and Mambo Beach are next-door.

Three bar-restaurants on property will serve all your wishes, guests can enjoy the underwater world with premier dive shop Ocean Encounters, swim some laps in the 50mtr pool, join the sport program or get fit at the Body Beach Wellness Club.

The Body Beach Wellness Club is also the place for the best massages (on the beach!), body treatments and facials by professional masseuses at very reasonable prices.

The private beach has plenty of lounge beach chairs and beds, beach huts and sunshades and connects to Curacao's largest white sand beach with several beach shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance.

From the beginning, Lions Dive & Beach Resort was a nature-oriented accommodation that today strives to maintain the highest possible environmental standards. Lions Dive & Beach Resort is built in typical Dutch Caribbean style, with 2 and 3 floor buildings surrounded by a tropical garden. You can reach the private beach from any spacious room, apartment or luxury suite in a matter of moments.

Lions Dive is a versatile resort with suitable accommodation for everybody. Hotel rooms have private bathrooms, air-conditioning, a balcony or terrace, some with partial or full ocean views.

The 24 Apartments have 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, and balconies overlook the infinity pool.

There are 10 Luxury Suites, either 1 or 2-bedroom, with kitchen, spacious balconies and full ocean views.

For the ultimate luxury the 200 sq m Penthouse is oceanfront with a master bedroom, huge bathroom with a bathtub overlooking the sea, gym facility, living room, and 180 degree view from the balcony.

Ocean Encounters allows divers the opportunity to dive the entire island. Experiences like Mushroom Forest, Klein Curacao, Superior Producer and Tugboat are available right outside your hotel door. Just off the Lions Dive beach is the famous Stella Maris reef. It's a beautiful shore dive that is home to a missing shipwreck found by Ocean Encounters' Technical Exploration Team.

Ocean Encounters is also the place to learn. They offer PADI diving education for the non-diver to Instructor level and Technical training. No matter where you are in your diving life, Ocean Encounters will have something to teach you.
