OVERVIEW
Whirlwind takes pride of place at the front of the award winning Tornado Marine Fleet. She is the result of many years working with divers and it shows. The approach is professional and the quality is unsurpassed. Launched in May 2006, Whirlwind has a length of 119ft and beam of 26 ft and certainly knows how to make a great first impression. Whirlwind carries 20 passengers and is EUF certified.

Her stylish restaurant is situated on the main deck where hotel style cuisine is served 3 times a day. The upper saloon and bar offers plenty of seating to relax on an evening. The stereo, CD, DVD and plasma screen with surround sound are perfect for watching movies and for viewing the day's footage.

The teak decking throughout the boat adds a sense of luxury. The main sun deck has wicker furniture. In front of the bridge is a small, oval sun area which is perfect for enjoying the sun and viewing the surrounding Red Sea. The upper sun deck provides shaded and sunbathing areas. There is plenty of comfortable seating and a jacuzzi.

CABINS
The 10 twin cabins are spacious and beautifully finished. Each has en suite bathrooms, wardrobe, bedside cupboard, shelves, safety deposit boxes and air conditioning with individual controls. Music from the saloon area can be piped into each cabin and this is controlled from the bedside.
DIVING
The spacious dive deck features individual dive stations with comfortable seating section and dive kit storage. All tanks are filled in situ so once your equipment is set up all you have to do is dive! Open cupboard spaces are provided allowing you to leave dry towels for when you return from your dive. The large dive platform features fresh water tanks and rinse showers. Divers are ferried to the drop zone in two 5.2m RIBs. Whirlwind has Nitrox as well as rebreather facilities.

Northern Red Sea itineraries allow you to explore the wonderful dive sites that have made this area so famous. Stunning wall diving, a huge variety of fish and corals, and some of the best wrecks on the planet are waiting for you.
PHOTO FACILITIES
Whirlwind has plenty of charging stations all over the boat. You will need to bring a round 2 pin European style adaptor for the plugs.

Large rinse tanks on the back dive deck which can be used to clean the housing after each dive, together with a spray hose. An air gun and table are also available so you can really dry off the housing before opening it.

There is a central table on the dive deck where cameras can be set before/after dives and for in between dives there are large tables in the saloon and top decks for working on your gear.

The plasma screen can be used to view your new images on the big screen. However, they do use different connectors so bring your cables.
