The Ocean Hunter I is a 60 foot long (12 foot beam) intimate liveaboard exclusively designed for up to 6 divers or guests. Ocean Hunter I is a steel motor sailer, very comfortable, stable and user friendly. A limited number of passengers mean you get personal attention, reefs without a crowd, easy entry into the water, and maximum bottom time. Ocean Hunter I provides the most flexible and accommodating dive experience in Palau. The experienced chef serves fresh low-fat gourmet cuisine in the dining room.

Ocean Hunter I has three cabins, each with a private bath and air conditioning. Cabin One sits at the front of the boat and accommodates two guests in single bunk beds. Cabin Two, sitting right behind Cabin One also accommodates two guests in single bunk beds. Cabin Three sits at the back of the boat and accommodates two guests in a king bed and twin bed sitting side-by-side.

Diving Palau is an unparalled experience. Bright and colorful reefs are teaming with schools of fish and sharks brought to Palau on sometimes gentle and sometimes fierce currrents. The Ocean Hunter I has been specifically designed by divers, for divers. Unlimited diving is conducted off a spacious diving platform at the stern of the boat and hardly ever off a chaseboat. Because of its small size and shallow draft, the Ocean Hunter will usually take you directly above the dive site so you can jump off the main boat from a comfortable dive platform. This allows you to control the length of your dive, climb right back onto the boat when your dive is over and enjoy a warm freshwater shower. NITROX tanks and certification are available onboard.

Instead of waiting for many other divers to surface or have them wait for you, you and your buddy can stay underwater as long as you like, without any pressure. After giving you a briefing at least one dive master will enter the water with you on every dive to guide, guard and assist. Night dives are offered every night.

The Ocean Hunter I keeps underwater photographers in mind. The boat holds a large working area and more than 60 electrical outlets (110 and 220 volt), extra storage space, and E-6 processing available overnight.
