Ocean Hunter III

Ocean Hunter III is the latest and most luxurious addition to the Ocean Hunter Fleet in Palau. The boat represents 25 years of knowledge in the liveaboard industry and like all of their liveaboards was designed by divers, for divers. The 96 foot long by 26 foot beam former reseach vessel was luxuriously redesigned in 2007 to accomodate 16 divers. It has a large main deck with saloon, galley and big dive deck. The salon also contains a high quality espresso machine. Alternatively you can relax in the jacuzzi on the spacious sun deck.

The Ocean Hunter III spends its days exploring the waters of Palau and spends a few special weeks a year headed to Yap diving the outer Islands of Yap and Palau.

Ocean Hunter III has 3 standard cabins, 3 deluxe cabins and 2 master staterooms all with private bath and air conditioning. Guest quarters are located upstairs or downstairs from here. The Standard Cabins each hold two passengers in a queen sized bed with a single bunk. Deluxe Cabins each accommodate two passengers in a king sized bed with a single bed bunk. The two upper deck Master Staterooms each accommodate two passengers in a king sized bed with a single bed adjacent.

On Ocean Hunter III, not only will you be diving all the world-famous spots of Palau such as the fabled Blue Corner, but also further a field.

The crew will use their knowledge and experience to bring you to the right dive site at the right moment. Diving off the Ocean Hunter means you get personal attention, reefs without a crowd, easy entry into the water and a maximum bottom time.

Instead of waiting for many other divers to surface or have them wait for you, you and your buddy can stay underwater as long as you like, without any pressure. After giving you a briefing at least one dive master will enter the water with you on every dive to guide, guard and assist. Night dives are offered every night.

Ocean Hunter III welcomes all levels of divers, from experienced to beginner. Their experienced instructors and dive masters will give you all the assistance and guidance you need. When your dive is over, you can climb back onboard and take a warm, freshwater shower right on the spacious dive deck before being offered a delicious snack such as cake or a fresh fruit smoothie.

Ocean Hunter III is designed for professional underwater photography, TV and Film production, with a sizeable working area, 110, 220 and 415 volt electrical outlets and extra storage space. She offers powerful PCs for movie and video editing with download, email and CD burning services.
