OVERVIEW Taka is a 30 meter mono hull steel vessel which was specially rebuilt for extended live aboard dive travel. She has a cruising range of 5000 nautical miles, a water capacity of 38,000 liters and can make up to 3,000 liters of fresh water per day. She takes 30 passengers.
Taka Dive Adventures has been operating liveaboard dive trips for over 18 years to remote regions of Australia's Northern Great Barrier Reef, including the Cod Hole, Ribbon Reefs and Osprey Reef in the Coral Sea.
The common areas offer plenty of space and there are plasma screens, Denon Hi Fi equipment, in-house movies and PS2 for entertainment in the saloon. |
