OVERVIEW
The Odyssey is a 132-foot luxury liveaboard based in Truk. Taking 16 passengers, this is a great dive boat with first-rate accommodations, an excellent crew and a splendid destination.

The stylish and roomy dining salon has attractive Fijian teak tables and two walls of windows for viewing the scenery. Delicious and generous buffet-style meals feature hot breakfasts with fresh juices, lunches ranging from beach barbecues to light lunches onboard, and savory and hearty dinners. Indulgent desserts top the dinner selection. Snacks are available throughout the day, and the full-service wet bar serves everyone’s favorite drinks.

The separate entertainment lounge is very comfortable and features a television with a VCR, a CD stereo system, a DVD player and a library including more than 300 movie titles to choose from. There is also a library of fish ID books, a large slide table, weel-stocked fridge, board games and cards.

Sun worshippers will like the sun deck with lounge chairs, and if you prefer shade, there’s plenty of room underneath the covered section of the deck.

CABINS
The Odyssey offers nine large, luxurious staterooms all fully carpeted with private air conditioning controls, windows or large portholes, and private toilet, shower and sink all in every stateroom. Six of the staterooms are equipped to easily accommodate two single travelers in twin beds or a couple in a spacious king size bed. Also available are two staterooms for single travelers only – they have all the features of the double staterooms and easily accommodate the single traveler in a twin bed. The ninth stateroom’s sleeping arrangements are a bunk bed with a double bed below and twin above. All staterooms have a DVD player with 13" monitor.

DIVING
Dive with Odyssey Adventures to see the ghost fleet of Truk Lagoon, the world’s best shipwreck destination. That’s only the beginning of your adventure. We’ll take you to the outer reefs to see a pristine underwater utopia where over 300 varieties of soft and hard corals flaunt their rainbow colors. You’ll see an abundance of incredible tropical fish, anemones, gorgonians, eagle rays and even frenzied shark feedings.

You'll have the option to dive at your leisure, or borrow one of our experienced local dive guides who will show you all those places you wouldn't find on your own.

The best part about diving aboard Odyssey is that we don't require everyone to dive at the same time. So it is not unusual for you and your buddy to be the only divers on a 500' wreck.

For photographers, this offers more opportunities to shoot those popular scenes without having to wait for others to move out of the way.

The dive deck includes personal dive lockers, 2 gear rinse tanks, freshwater shower and warm deck towels. Nitrox and technical diving are available.
