Far North Great Barrier Reefs Expedition aboard the Spirit of Freedom

Join the Spirit of Freedom for a rare opportunity to dive the Far Northern Great Barrier Reef, one of the last totally pristine areas of the Great Barrier Reef.  These isolated reefs are off-shore from the remotest northern tip of the Cape York peninsular and many of the hundreds of reefs in the region have yet to be fully explored.

This seven day expedition will combine exploratory diving with some favorite dive sites in the region. You will spend five days diving the oceanic wilderness of the Far Northern Reefs as well as one day on the Ribbon Reefs at such world famous dive sites as The Cod Hole and Pixie Pinnacle. Marine life encounters in this region include a variety of species of sharks, rays, turtles, and schools of pelagic fish, as well as incredible amounts of diverse macro life.
