Turneffe Island Resort has 20 unique guestrooms each equipped with its own private patio, offering a beautiful unobstructed view of the Caribbean Sea. All rooms connect directly to the white sandy beaches of the island and have a ceiling fan and air conditioning.

The Deluxe rooms offer an unobstructed, breathtaking view of the magnificent Turneffe Atoll. These 8 charming accommodations offer private screened porches, canopy style beds and a cozy sitting area.

The Superior Guest rooms offer more privacy from the main part of the lodge. These 4 unique upper level accommodations offer extras such as vaulted ceilings, canopy style beds, a comfortable sitting area and a breath taking view of the Caribbean Sea from the peaceful screened private balcony.

The luxurious Private Villas offer you more privacy from the main part of the lodge. These 8 unique free standing accommodations are tucked in between local vegetation and native trees. They offer a variety of extras such as wrap around porches, canopy style beds, large sitting area and a breath taking view of the Caribbean Sea.


The Turneffe Atoll area stretches thirty miles long and ten miles wide. It has often been described as a myriad of different dive destinations all bundled into one. The vastness and variety of marine life and coral formations make scuba diving at Turneffe Island Resort an adventure like no other dive destination in the Caribbean. With more than 200 mangrove islands, the atoll is a natural nursery for a wide variety of exotic fish, including the rare white spotted toad fish, which is endemic to Belize. They are proud to offer access to over 70 dive sites within minutes of the island, including the world famous Elbow.
